FAQ
All our bags are “made to order”, meaning each bag is made only after receiving customer orders. Each bag is hand-made thus it can take up to 7 working days to make.
Unless otherwise stated at the top of the site, shipping depends on the destination and the type of shipping selected at the check-out. For shipping options in Italy, it can take between 24 to 72 hours after the order has been processed. For shipping options in the EU, there are slight variations from shipping to Italy. International shipping option times depend on how far the destinations are to the original shipping country.
Lamamì Creations shall endeavor to process all orders within the above timeframe wherever possible. However, Lamamì Creations shall not be liable for any delivery delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of order, strikes, adverse weather conditions, pandemic, quarantine or shortages of transportation fuel, electricity, or labor.
We ask the customer to keep us informed in case any inconvenience occurs. It would be the courier's DUTY to have you sign that the order has been delivered, but we are aware that they often do not show it to the customer and put a signature themselves. If the customer receives an incorrect or damaged product, they must inform Lamamì Creations of the matter within 72 hours of receipt of the order.
Lamamì Creations reserves the right to require additional payment for the return of wrong or damaged products. In case the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the goods will be redelivered on the following day after which they will be taken to the carrier's premises for storage. If the storage is due to an error by the Customer in writing the address, the storage will be borne by the Customer. Costs for customs operations are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping charges
The shipping cost is excluded from the price of the bag. The shipping cost range in Europe is generally from €6,50 depending on the destination. International countries have higher shipping costs. Any additional customs charges for overseas shipments are to be payed by the receiver.
We ship to Italy, EU countries (included Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Lichtenstein) and other international shipping options. You can see all shipping options at the check-out. Please note that if you cannot find your shipment destination, you can send an email directly to lamamicreations@gmail.com and we will try to accommodate your request.
You have a 14 day return policy from the date the item is delivered. If you are unhappy with the bag, you can either get a full refund. Some additional return charges will be applied that range between €3-€20. This price may differ depending on the shipping location. Only bags that are returned with all of their original packaging and that have been unused can be returned. A return label will be sent to you via email to be newly printed and placed on the parcel. Please ensure the return item is appropriately packed before sending it to avoid any damage the bag. Refunds will be denied otherwise.
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit and/or Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Any bank service fees and costs may be charged to the customer. If transaction fees are allocated by your bank, these fees will not be reimbursed by LAMAMÌ. Please enter your card information on the page pertaining to the payment.
Pay with Paypal. Shop online without having to enter your credit card information each time. The amount will be charged to your PayPal account upon completion of your order. To register, visit paypal.com
Please note that LAMAMÌ uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform, integrated is an SSL protection system to prevent card data from being intercepted or manipulated.
